2. Service Description SubHub is a tool for subcontractors to log work attendance. It is not intended for emergency use or general chat.

3 - User Consent for Ephemeral Processing

3. User Consent for Ephemeral Processing By using this service, you provide explicit consent for SubHub to process your phone number and location data on an ephemeral basis:

Hourly Deletion: You acknowledge that your personal data is purged every hour.
Limited Retrieval: Due to our privacy-first deletion schedule, we cannot retrieve or provide copies of historical personal logs once they have been deleted from our system.

4 - Accuracy of Information

4. Accuracy of Information Users are responsible for the accuracy of the attendance data they provide. Falsifying location data or work status may result in project discrepancies.

5 - Limitation of Liability

5. Limitation of Liability SubHub is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any technical failures of WhatsApp, Railway, or OpenAI that result in a failed attendance log.

6 - Termination

6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend access to the service for users who engage in spam or misuse of the platform.
